New Product Updates: Q3 2023 Major Release
We are so excited to share some of our latest feature releases. Explore these new features to bolster your team management, streamline conversation tracking, and simplify creating broadcasts.
Choose “Broadcast Routing” for Send Queue Management
When creating a P2P (peer-to-peer) broadcast, the Assignment step allows you to configure how messages are assigned to team members for both peer-to-peer sending and how inbound replies are routed to team members. There are four assignment options available:
- How contacts with previous conversational histories are handled
- How P2P messages are distributed to team members for send/confirmation
- How inbound replies are handled and routed
- Which team members should be assigned to the broadcast
Save Messages as Drafts
You can now save messages as drafts all within the platform. Drafts can be found under the Broadcasts library.
Use “Create a Customer” for Conversation Management
Create a Customer allows you to search by customer name, open previously closed conversations, and create new one-off conversations outside of Broadcasts.
How to use it:
- In Conversations > Active select the + button in the top left of the page
- Enter the name of the contact you wish to message
- Select Search by name
- Select Resume next to the appropriate contact
Enable “Auto-In” for Easy Team Management
Enabling Auto-In: Allow new inbound messages to seamlessly flow directly into active chats while team members are logged in.
Inbound messages will gradually flow into the team members' active chats at a steady rate. Team members will no longer have to click "take next," nor will they have to toggle back and forth between the Inbox & the Active Chats in the navigation.
Use “Select P2P” for Multi-Broadcast Management
If you have more than one active Broadcast, Select P2P and choose which Broadcast to put in the Send Queue.
