Happy Holidays from the Prompt.io Team! We are so excited to share some of our latest feature releases. Explore these new features for broadcasts and monitoring in your end-of-year campaigns and planning ahead for 2024.

Broadcast Batching

When creating a Broadcast, you can now deliver Batch Messages from a larger Broadcast instead of sending all messages simultaneously. 

For example, if you set the Batch Size to 400, 400 messages will be delivered. Then, the Broadcast will automatically pause and allow you to edit the message or batching preferences if needed.  After the Broadcast is paused, you can send the next Batch of messages.

Batch Messages are great to avoid going over a sending cap or to send a small group of messages out as a sample size to gauge the engagement metrics of a message before sending the message to the entire contact list. This can be used with A/B testing to test message variants.

Monitor

Monitor allows you to search, preview, and quickly view past conversations. You can search by specific contact, tag, and team member.

This can be useful for managers and admins that need visibility into Team activity, or to escalate conversations easily.

Broadcast Exclusions

You can now exclude contacts from previous Broadcasts. This can be done when you select your Audience for the Broadcast.
